Scuotto Veronica


Dr Veronica Scuotto is Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Project Manager (on a secondment basis) at the University of the West of Scotland. Her research interests are focused on SMEs, entrepreneurship and digital technologies. Her work has been featured in Technological Forecasting and Social Change, the International Marketing Review, the Journal of Technology Transfer, the Business Process Management Journal, the Journal of Knowledge Economy, Information Systems Management Journal, the Journal of Knowledge Management and the International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. She is also a reviewer for the Journal of Knowledge Management, International Journal of Gender and Entrepreneurship, the Journal of Knowledge Economy and The International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Guest Editor for a special issue aimed at the JKE, BJM, BPM, and IJSM. Her research entitled “Users Generated Ideas via Social Media Networks based on the OI model” developed in collaboration with Santoro Gabriele from Turin University (IT), Papa Armando from Second University in Naples (IT), Carayannis Elias from George Washington university (USA) was awarded as the best Paper of the EuroMed\SIMA track “New Challenges in Open Innovation” at the 9th annual EuroMed Academy of Business (EMAB) conference (2016).Fro more info, please have a look at my research profile
